He pursued his education across Bihar and Jharkhand and began his banking career in 1980. During his distinguished service, he worked in various positions across Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, Delhi, and Rajasthan, eventually retiring as General Manager of Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Muzaffarpur.
