A visiting professor of Architecture and urbanism, she holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology IIT Kharagpur. She is an acclaimed speaker and resource person for various forums. A well-being enthusiast and an internationally certified Yoga teacher, she conducts courses and workshops in healthy and happy living.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHer personal journey into physical and mental wellbeing started with her own self-recovery after the death of her husband.
