  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services across India to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metros and major cities).

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Any additional charges (like Cash on Delivery fees) will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Currently, Classicshelf.in ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Change of Address

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
