About The Author
Radhika Gill, the Author of this book is an Advocate by Profession, born in 1996 in one of the State of India i.e. Punjab and has a great respect for her Country. She obtained her first Bachelor degree in the year 2017 in the field of commerce. She wants to be a Charted Accounted in her earlier years of graduation, but circumstances changed her direction towards legal system. She wants to know about how legal system is different from the thinking of normal people. Then she joined LL.B course with the permission of her parents and maternal uncle, they encouraged her as her father always desired one of his three sons become an advocate in their family, but her father never expected that their dream would be fulfilled by his daughter. Her Father as well as her brothers always have dilemma regarding further study of the author after senior secondary, because they worried about protection of the Author from evils of outer world. But on the other side, her eyes dreamed about to open her wings in sky of independency,respect and equality. Her Mother and elder brothers showed interest in her study and convinced her dad to trust her ability. She always carries an academic behaviour regarding her study. It means not that she was more intelligent than others, but she loves to study, to learn new things, to share her accumulated knowledge with her fellow-beings.
By crossing all the borders of her security created by her family, she comes in the open sky to enjoy her independence, where she faces a lot of challenges regarding gender inequality as well as class discrimination. Even when she suffered any harassment due to her gender, she did not discuss with her family due to her fear of she would be withdrawn from her school / college by her family. But after completing her LL. B course in the year 2020, known as pandemic year, a new personality in Radhika came in existence. She joined District Court as a Junior Advocate in the month of January, 2021.
