About The Author 

Dr. Megha Manish Sharma is known for her sensitive and clear writing on literature, mental health, and life values. With a PhD in Psychology, a Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, an M.Ed., and postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Hindi Literature, she has over 17 years of experience in academia, including six years of work in the field of disability. Her deep understanding of human behavior, rich research work with 15 published papers, and experience guiding PhD scholars provide a strong, practical, and impactful foundation for her writing. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Indore (MP). Her continuous efforts towards knowledge, self-awareness, and empowerment are clearly evident in this book. This is her second book. Her first book, ""Maun Nahi, Swabhiman Hoon Main,"" was well-received by readers, and two of her articles have been published to date.

Dr. Jagdish Chandra Sharma has taught and administered various prestigious colleges in Rajasthan for over 20 years. For the past eight years, he has been working at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University in Indore. He has extensively studied and written on the subjects of political science and education, and has published over 20 research papers. Dr. Sharma has successfully organized faculty development programs and national seminars.
