Proceedings of the ICSSR Sponsored National Seminar on “Blue Economy, Governance and Society: Pathways to Inclusive, Resilient and Sustainable Coastal Futures,” held on 19 May 2026 at Government First Grade College for Women, Balmatta, Mangalore, present a collection of selected peer-reviewed research papers contributed by academicians, researchers, professionals, and students from diverse disciplines.
