About The Author

Sanjeev Punn is a corporate professional, leadership thinker and author with more than three decades of experience in the corporate world.
His professional journey, which began in 1991, gave him the opportunity to observe organisations not merely through structures, strategies and processes, but through the people who make them work—leaders, performers, advisers, loyalists, challengers, influencers and decision-makers. Over the years, he began to notice a striking pattern: the behaviours, motivations, strengths and vulnerabilities described in the Mahabharata continue to appear in modern workplaces.
His fascination with the Mahabharata began in childhood, influenced by his grandparents and family, and gradually evolved from a personal interest into a distinctive way of understanding leadership and human behaviour. Conversations with colleagues, teams, friends and family helped shape this perspective into the book Corporate Mahabharata.
In Corporate Mahabharata, Sanjeev brings together these two worlds—the timeless human dilemmas of the Mahabharata and the complex realities of corporate life.
