About The Author's

Dr Swathi Bhat did her MCom from Mangalore University. She was Assistant Professor teaching UG and PG students at St Aloysius Evening College for some time. He scured PhD degree from Bharathiar University. Currently she is Assistant Professor, Commerce at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangalore. Dr Swathi has participated in many online courses and workshops. She got many awards. Guest Lecturer in St Aloysius College, PGDBM Department, Mangalore (2012-Till date)
She is also an Academic Counselor at IGNOU. She guides MBA / M. Com Students’ Projects at IGNOU and KSOU. She has presented papers in seminars and conferences. She has published many articles in research journals.

Dr. V. Basil Hans is a distinguished Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore, India, renowned for his prolific contributions to academia and literature. With decades of dedicated scholarship, he has authored over 400 books, 380 research articles, and 160 conference papers, covering a wide spectrum of subjects including economics, education, social sciences, and sustainable development. A passionate educator and mentor, he has guided numerous M.Phil, Ph.D., and Post-Doctoral scholars.
