About The Author

Dr Bharath Raj S. Nejar, M.A. (NET, KSET), M.Com., Ph.D., is the Head of the Department of Economics at Saint Mary’s Syrian College, Brahmavar. He has over a decade of teaching and research experience in the field of Economics. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Commerce and has qualified both the National Eligibility Test (NET) and the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET).

Dr P P Sajimon MA, Ph.D., PDF, PGDCA(P), Post Doc., currently serves as the Associate Professor, Department of Economics, School of Arts and Humanities St Aloysius Deemed to be University, Mangaluru. His research interests encompass Agricultural Economics, Social Dynamics and Development, Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Personnel and Strategic Management, Population Studies, Public Policy, Migration, and Economic Growth Perspectives.

Dr Pradeepa K S holds an MA in Economics and M.Com from Mangalore University and an MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is KSET-qualified and has earned a PhD for his research in Agricultural Economics. With 10 years of teaching experience, including 8 years at St. Philomena College, Puttur, he is currently an Assistant Professor at Nitte Institute of Professional Education, Nitte Deemed to be University, Mangalore.

Dr V Basil Hans taught Economics for UG and PG students of St Aloysius institutions for 37 long years. He also did his MPhil and PhD. Currently he is a research professor at Srinivas University Mangalore and is also pursuing his post doctoral fellow degree. He has written over 400 books 390 articles and 160 conference papers. He has 1000 google citations.
