About the Author 

DR RAZIYA M. obtained her Master’s degree in Mangalore University in 2013. She cleared KSET in 2013 and NET in 2015. She was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Economics, at Devanampriya Ashoka Government First Grade College Maski, Raichuru District in 2017. She was awarded PhD degree from Mangalore University in 2021. The Author has twelve years of teaching experience. She has attended many national and international conferences and published several research articles in national and international journals.

Dr P P Sajimon MA, Ph.D., PDF, PGDCA(P), Post Doc., currently serves as the Associate Dean, School of Arts and Humanities St Aloysius Deemed to be University, Mangaluru. His research interests encompass Agricultural Economics, Social Dynamics and Development, Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Personnel and Strategic Management, Population Studies, Public Policy, Migration, and Economic Growth Perspectives.

Dr. V. Basil Hans is a distinguished Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore, India, renowned for his prolific contributions to academia and literature. With decades of dedicated scholarship, he has authored over 400 books, 370 research articles, and 160 conference papers, covering a wide spectrum of subjects including economics, education, social sciences, and sustainable development.
