About the Book

In most semi-government or corporate offices, only one thing is infinite—the personal ego of the "boss" occupying the top chair. "Ego & Kabaad Limited" is not merely a fictional story crafted on paper; it is a vivid X-ray of the mental junk yard operating within our administrative system—a system we all become a part of every morning when we mark our attendance.
The creation of this novel is not driven by any romantic or imaginary motive; rather, it stems from the bitter reality that has become the most common trait of today’s workplaces—sycophancy and the superseding of capable individuals. The question isn't why this disease exists; the question is to what extent and on what base grounds it is hollowed out our production and administrative framework. This book is a sharp, direct strike against this bias, mental exploitation, and the modern dimensions of flattery.
The story delivers a powerful message: when the entire system colludes to break the spine of an honest, straightforward person, one should not accept defeat and turn into junk (kabaad). This novel serves as a guidebook on how—backed by quiet self-respect and the laws of the land—one can shake the very foundation of a corrupt system to reclaim their promotion and rightful dues. It exposes the ground-level and social aspects of "superseding and being superseded" and the flattery that constitutes the bitter truth of our offices.
