About The Author

Dr. Sukumar Ramanujam is presently a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore. He earned his Ph.D. degree from Anna University, Chennai. He has been actively involved in designing several UG and PG engineering program curricula and has served as the Chair of the Board of Studies. Professor Sukumar has over 25 years of teaching and research experience. He has successfully guided 12 Ph.D. scholars and has published nearly 100 research papers in various national and international conferences and journals, including Springer, Elsevier, and Taylor & Francis. He has also lead government-funded projects and serves as a reviewer for esteemed funding bodies including the National Innovation Foundation (DST, Government of India). He is a prolific organizer, having convened several National & International Conferences and Faculty Development Programs (FDP) that bridge the gap between academic research and industry applications. He is also the author of a textbook on Computer Networks. His areas of interest include IoT, Wireless Sensor Networks, Mobile Communication, Cryptography, and Network Security.
