Krishnaveni Rajamahendravarapu is an accomplished professional with an interdisciplinary background in B.Tech in Food Technology from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and holds a Master's degree in Finance and Business Analytics (Data Science) from IPE, Hyderabad. As an active researcher, she has published projects in reputed national and international journals, including the Indian Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics, and has contributed book chapters in Food Engineering and Food Science with Apple Academic Press, USA.

Gopinath Mummaleti is a Ph.D. candidate in Food Science and Technology at the University of Georgia (UGA), where he specializes in food safety, ingredient technology, and fermentation. With a solid academic background in Food Science, Gopinath is deeply committed to advancing research in food systems to improve nutrition and food safety. His academic journey has been driven by a passion for enhancing the quality and safety of food, particularly in how these factors impact public health.
