About The Author

Shashi Bhushan Sinha, born in 1957 in Patna, Bihar, is a distinguished scholar and writer with a deep interest in culture, travel, and literature. He holds an M.Sc. from Patna University, an M.Phil. from Punjab University, and an MDPA from the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi. He has also pursued professional training courses at ENA, Paris, and GTC, London.
With over three decades of service as a civil servant in the Central Government of India, Mr. Sinha has contributed significantly to public administration and policy implementation. After retirement, he continued his engagements as a consultant and combined his lifetime experience and administrative insights with his passion for creative and intellectual pursuits.
An award-winning author, he received the 'Rahul Sankrityayan' Award for his book on Wildlife Tourism. His published works include, Tea-Talk : Said, Unsaid (Orange Books), and Beyond the Lines: Some percepts (Samadarshi Prakashan). His hobbies include reading, writing, photography, and travelling.
