About The Author

Dr. N. Subbu Krishna Sastry is a distinguished academician, researcher, and author with over 17 years of teaching and research experience. He is currently serving as a Professor at the School of Management, CMR University, Bengaluru. Dr. Sastry has successfully completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in Human Resource Management (HRM) under the esteemed guidance of Dr. V. Basil Hans, Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore.
He holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including M.Com, MBA, M.Phil, and M.A. in English Literature, showcasing his multidisciplinary expertise. Dr. Sastry has guided several Ph.D. candidates and made significant contributions to academia through research publications, book chapters, patents, and authored books. He actively participates in national and international conferences, delivers guest lectures, and presents innovative research findings.
As a member of the Board of Examiners for Ph.D. in Management at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, he plays a vital role in shaping future scholars. Beyond academics, Dr. Sastry is also a trained Carnatic vocalist with concert experience, reflecting his versatile talents. Through his teaching, research, and thought leadership, he continues to make a lasting impact on academia and the professional world.
