Dr. Shaheeda Banu S is an accomplished Professor of Management at the Department of Management Studies, BITM, Ballari, Karnataka, with over two decades of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She specializes in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, and Digital Marketing, and has taught across undergraduate and postgraduate programs including BBM, B.Com, B.E., MBA, and M.Com.

Dr P P Sajimon MA, Ph.D., PDF, PGDCA(P), Post Doc., currently serves as the Associate Professor, School of Arts and Humanities St Aloysius Deemed to be University, Mangaluru. His research interests encompass Agricultural Economics, Social Dynamics and Development, Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Personnel and Strategic Management, Population Studies, Public Policy, Migration, and Economic Growth Perspectives.

Dr. V. Basil Hans is a distinguished Research Professor at Srinivas University, Mangalore, India, renowned for his prolific contributions to academia and literature. With decades of dedicated scholarship, he has authored over 400 books, 370 research articles, and 160 conference papers, covering a wide spectrum of subjects including economics, education, social sciences, and sustainable development.
