About The Book

The machine can find the perfect move. But what if the perfect move isn’t yours?
Answers are easier to find than ever. The harder part is knowing which ones to trust—and why.

Dron and Druheen are brothers raised under the same roof, yet they approach the world in completely different ways.
Dron questions everything until the logic holds. Druheen trusts his instincts and moves before certainty arrives.

From chessboards and powerlifting platforms to classrooms, losses, pressure, and conversations around a scarred kitchen table, their differences reveal something deeply human: there is no shortcut to learning how to think for yourself.

Told through three voices—a mother and her two sons—Raising Chess Knight: Two Brothers, One Question—How to Think in the Age of AI is part memoir, part parenting story, and part chess journey.

At its heart is one simple rule:
Struggle first. Then check.
Think before you ask.
Question before you trust.
Use the tools. Keep the judgment.

For curious minds, unconventional thinkers, competitors, families, and anyone learning to navigate a world full of easy answers and difficult choices.

Because knowing the answer is one thing. Knowing your next move is another.
