The work is informed by a broad spectrum of material sourced from publicly available platforms, including the internet and social media, reflecting the contributions of numerous writers who have examined themes of religion, spirituality, and personal growth. In addition, the author incorporates concise reflections and insights gathered over a lifetime of reading, enriched by personal anecdotes.

While it has not been possible to attribute each individual source, the author acknowledges with gratitude the collective influence of these voices in shaping the ideas presented in this book. About the Author 

The author was born in Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon, and has been a citizen of the United Kingdom for over five decades. After completing his secondary education and a brief period of employment in Sri Lanka, he relocated to England with the goal of furthering his academic and professional qualifications.

Through determination and perseverance, he successfully achieved his ambitions - earning distinction as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and European Engineer (Eur Ing), while also establishing himself as a Finance Professional, Quality and Assurance Specialist, and Corporate Internal Auditor.

His distinguished career spans the commercial, military, aerospace and transport sectors, and has taken him across the globe, offering him a rich tapestry of cultural experiences and international perspectives.

A thoughtful and dependable individual, the author is deeply committed to rural development and voluntary service. His openness and enduring curiosity about the meaning of life, combined with his wide-ranging life experiences, are reflected in the reflective and introspective tone of this book.
