About The Authors
Professor Vipin Jain is a distinguished academician and administrator with over two decades of experience in higher education, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Dr. Jain has also held key positions including Director of Distance and Online Education, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and Chairperson of the Centre for Jain Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, he holds multiple degrees including FCMA, MBA, M.Com., LLB, and LLM, and has supervised 13 Ph.D. theses, over 260 MBA dissertations, and published more than 200 research papers in repute Journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC out of that 80 papers in Scopus. Recognized with numerous national and international awards for academic leadership, Dr. Jain has significantly contributed to academic innovation, industry-academia collaborations, and institutional accreditation processes. Under his leadership, TMIMT has earned top rankings and accolades in business school surveys. His academic expertise spans finance, management, law, and quality assurance, making him a key figure in shaping contemporary higher education.
Professor Rajiv Verma is an experienced academic with over 26 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of Commerce and Management. He was awarded his Ph.D. degree in 1999 and has since been actively involved in teaching, research, and academic development. Dr. Verma has authored several books on different areas of Mathematics and has also contributed multiple book chapters to academic publications. In addition, he has published numerous research papers in reputed journals, reflecting his sustained engagement with scholarly work. Through his teaching, writing, and research contributions, he has played a significant role in academic development and knowledge dissemination. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
Dr. Puneet Sethi is an Associate Professor at Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and an MBA with specialization in Production Management and Marketing. With more than 17 years of teaching and research experience, his areas of expertise include Operations Research, Business Statistics, Business Mathematics, and Production Management. Dr. Sethi has published over 26 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences, including Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC Care indexed journals. He has also authored three books and contributed to several patents and academic initiatives.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar is an Associate Professor at the Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology, the management faculty of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He is a management academician with over thirteen years of teaching experience across university departments, government-aided colleges, and private management institutions, with a strong specialization in Finance. Dr. Kumar earned his Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, where his doctoral research focused on “Share Price Behaviour around Buyback and Dividend Announcements in India: An Empirical Investigation.” He holds dual postgraduate degrees—MBA and M.Com.—from Kurukshetra University and has qualified the UGC-NET in Commerce. His core research interests include financial markets, investor behaviour, financial literacy, and behavioural finance. He has contributed to academic scholarship through several research publications in reputed ABDC-listed and Scopus-indexed journals.
Dr. Charul Verma is an Assistant Professor at Teerthanker Mahaveer Institute of Management and Technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad with specialization in Digital Marketing. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, MBA in HR and Marketing, and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She has supervised more than 150 MBA dissertations and actively contributes to teaching, research, and academic mentoring. She also has industry experience with HDFC Bank Limited, which brings practical insight to her academic work. Her research has received over 555 citations with an h-index of 4, reflecting her scholarly impact. Deeply interested in inclusive growth and skill-based education, she serves as an editor of several academic books and is the author of works such as Chai, Chill aur Bill and Earn with Skills.
