About The Book

Sanjay Shankar Bhide, Mumbai, India is B.E. (COEP), M. Tech. (IIT Bombay), a Gold Medalist from Pune University. Professionally he was running a MEP Engineering Contracting Company and now is PMC Consultant for MEP Projects.

He has been a student of Advaita Vedanta and Bharatiya spiritual traditions. He Studied spiritual breathing and meditation techniques from Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh. He has Completed Basic course, Advance Course, Preceptor Course by studying for over six years. He has been practicing spiritual breathing techniques regularly and practicing some of the meditation techniques.

He took Mantradiksha from Late Swami Atmasthanandji Maharaj who was President Maharaj of Ramkrishna order. He has been practicing the mantra Meditation.
He has completed online Basic Vedanta course and Advance Vedanta course with Chinmaya mission's Chinmaya International Foundation for over two years.

He attends various Online “Shravan” of lectures of Swami Sarvapriyanand of R K mission, Swamini Satyavratanand sarasvati of Arsha Vidya foundation and other scholars. He devotes time in Manan/chintan/ contemplation on the teachings & he has taken Notes of many online teachings for self study. He practices Nidhidyasan on various topics of Brahmagyan/ Brahmaswaroop etc. He discusses and shares thoughts and understandings with likeminded sadhaka friends on Advait Vedanta.

Through the study of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Prakarangranthas and the works of Shree Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya, he seeks to present timeless wisdom in a manner accessible to contemporary readers.
